Priority Software, Inc.’s BA departmental management system allows you to combine
data from your institutional financial system with additional information known
at the departmental level and then report on it in a variety of more easily understood
formats than the typical institutional system allows.
Data Import / Data Entry
The programming staff at PSI has extensive experience working with a variety of
enterprise financial systems, including “homegrown” ones. Our programmers will work
with your IT staff to set up imports which will copy existing institutional data
into BA, eliminating the need for dual data entry. Have information that needs to
be entered into BA that’s not available in the institutional system? Use the BA
Excel spreadsheet to enter virtually any kind of data. With one click, the data
entered on the spreadsheet is uploaded to BA and account, person, transaction, etc.
records are created quickly and easily.

Product History
Originally written in 1985 for the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine,
BA quickly grew from a single college solution to a popular financial managment
solution for universities across the country.

Product Future
With BA4, departmental management made the leap to the web. Our focus now is on
implementing mobile solutions so accountants, PI’s, and managers have instant access
to their data on the go. First up will be an iPhone app. After that, watch for other
smart phone solutions- BlackBerry, etc.
